Anton Skrzypiciel was born in Melbourne, Australia and made his professional debut as an actor while still studying at Melbourne State College.
He was educated at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art and the Laban Centre for Movement and Dance.
Anton has worked with some of the most notable modern choreographers of the past 20 years, among others Angelika Oei, the William Petit in France and most notably with the Portuguese Choreographer Rui Horta for who he has created 7 full evening group works and 3 solo pieces. He has also had featured roles at the Deutsche Opera am Rhine Dusseldorf and at the Mannheim Opera where his versatility as a performer; acting, dancing, singing, was particularly valued.
